Searching for similar transactions

To search for a transaction similar to the one you selected, click on the three dots icon in the upper-right corner of its information sheet, then on “Search for similar transactions”.

A pop-up window appears to let you set up your search.

Search criteria

You can search for similar transactions based on seven criteria:

• Customer's email address
• Customer's phone number
• Customer's IP address
• Account owner or cardholder
• Payment card ID
• Device ID
• Customer ID

The available criteria are pre-checked and the unavailable criteria are grayed out by default. You can uncheck the criteria you do not need.

Search date

You can search up to one year in the past. Use the start and end date selectors to choose your search period. 

Search operator

The search operator (AND or OR) affects the search criteria. If you select two criteria as well as the AND operator, you will find transactions that meet both criteria. But if you select the OR operator, you will find transactions that meet one of the two criteria. 

When you carry out your search, the results are displayed in a new tab.
