1. Activating export services
Please find below a recap of the export services available:
Transaction export service
|Settlement export service
First, please send a request by email to your HiPay account manager to activate the "File Download" option, both for your test and production accounts. It will then be available in the "Integration" section of your HiPay Enterprise back office:
1.2. Enabling export services
To enable export services from your HiPay Enterprise back office, go to "Integration" → "File Download". Then click on "Generate ssh key":
This key allows you to access the HiPay SFTP server.
Please note: if you use multiple HiPay Enterprise accounts (test and production), you can replicate the same key on all your accounts by inserting it manually.
2. Adding export services
2.1. Transaction export service settings
To set up recurring transaction exports from your HiPay Enterprise back office, go to the "Transactions" section. Next to "Recurring Export", click on "Create new":
Then check the "Schedule activation" box, fill in the rest of the fields and choose your server in the drop-down list of "File Server":
2.2. Settlement export service settings
To set up recurring settlement exports from your HiPay Enterprise back office, go to "Integration" → "File Download".
At the bottom of the page, for "I want to receive the following files", select "All":
