KYC documents must be sent separately (not in one single file) by API.
Only the document entitled “Identification of Ultimate Beneficial Owners”, duly completed and signed, and the supporting identification documents of beneficial owners must be sent through https://merchant.hipaywallet.com/login (to access this platform, please contact your HiPay account manager).
How to upload KYC documents with the specific API
You will find on our Developer Portal a specific technical documentation with all the necessary information to upload KYC documents using this web service.
If you partnered with a marketplace managing platform, they will also have access to this web service.
In such case, you will have to enter account information and upload KYC documents on their platform, which is connected to ours.
KYC documents are divided into 4 categories:
- Professionals (corporations),
- Professionals (persons),
The category must be specified upon creation of the HiPay Marketplace seller account.
Accepted formats for KYC documents
Each KYC document must be sent in JPEG, JPG, GIF, PDF or PNG format, with a 5 MB maximum file size.
INFORMATION RELATING TO WITHDRAWALS
- If the account holder is not identified, the seller cannot make any withdrawal requests.
- The number of withdrawals is unlimited.
