For security reasons, all modification requests to update KYC documents must be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with your HiPay account manager in Cc.
Indeed, we need to make sure that such requests come from you, and not from an unauthorized person.
This process also enables us to manually check the new KYC documents to verify their validity and accuracy.
Please note: the HiPay Marketplace seller account number must be provided and the new KYC document(s) must be attached.

(only applies to accounts that are already identified)

Please make the following changes to the bank account details of account XXXX (ID XXXX):

- The new bank account details must be attached to the email.
