Choosing a reference period for all widgets

You can apply the same reference period to all the widgets of your dashboard.

  1. Click on the Ico_parametrage.png icon for widget setting, at the top right of the screen.
  2. Click in the Date field.
    • The field suggests preset periods.
    • The Custom period button below enables you to choose a start date and an end date.

   PLEASE NOTE

  • Dates are limited in time. In order to comply with the European GDPR regulation, data are kept in the HiPay Console for 5 years.
  • Customized periods are limited to 365 days for performance consideration.

       3. Click on APPLY.

A Filter indication is then displayed on top of the dashboard widgets with a filter chip corresponding to the chosen period.

PLEASE NOTE

You can browse through time periods by clicking on the arrows surrounding the exact dates. For a customized date, periods are rolling, which means that there is the same number of days on the previous period.

 

Example

  • Select the period from Friday, 21 July to Monday, 21 August, i.e. 31 days.
  • Click on the arrow on the left, the results change.
  • The dashboard displays those of the previous period, from Wednesday, 19 June to Friday, 20 July, i.e. 31 days. 

For the “previous” preset periods, here is how it works:

Previous week: for example S34

=> previous period: week 33

Previous month: for example July

=> previous period: month of June

Previous quarter: for example T4

=> previous period: quarter 3

For the “current” preset periods (week, month, quarter and current year), the previous period is based on the start day + the duration.


Example

  • Select the current week, from Monday, 12 November to now, Thursday, 15 November, i.e. 4 days.
  • Click on the arrow on the left.
  • The new period goes from Monday, 5 November to Thursday, 8 November, i.e. 4 days, which is the same period, on the previous week.

The Capture_d_e_cran_2019-06-21_a__09.49.51.png button on the left of the filter chip enables you to revert to the initial configuration.

To disable this filter, simply click on the delete blobid0.png icon on the right.
