Impact of currencies configuration on your dashboard

When choosing another currency than the one set in your personal space, the data on the dashboard are impacted.

The conversion rule, for the 8 available currencies, is as follows:

• a first conversion is performed on the amount of the transaction when created,
• a second conversion is performed on the amount of the transaction when captured.

Refunds and chargebacks are based on the conversion upon transaction capture.

For card payments only (by credit card and debit card): The second conversion is performed on the transaction amount upon clearing by the acquirer, i.e. on the day of the capture + 1 day (based on the acquirer’s time zone).

For card payments, refunds and chargebacks are based on the capture date + 1 day.

Please note that for transactions in credit, the conversion is performed on the date of the credit.
