To use this module, you must have activated the HostedPage v2.
Accessing the Hosted Page module
The HiPay Console home page allows you to access your payment pages directly from the menu.
There, you can select the business entities whose themes you wish to see. If you only have access to one business entity, you will skip this step.
By clicking on NEXT, you access the interface of your different payment pages.
You can then see all the themes of your business entity, their status (active or inactive), as well as the number of associated accounts.
By default, you will only have one active theme on all the accounts.
You can perform different actions on the themes from the thumbnail:
- Duplicate the theme;
- Delete the theme.
Viewing your payment pages
To view a theme, click on its thumbnail. You will then see a preview of your payment page. The buttons at the bottom enable you to preview this payment page depending on the device used by the customer (PC, tablet, smartphone).
In the right-side menu, you can click on two tabs: “Customize” and “Accounts”.
“Customize” takes you to the theme customization page.
“Accounts” allows you to display the list of accounts for which this theme is active: you can then activate or deactivate these accounts.
Creating/customizing a payment page
To create a new customized payment page, just click on the “+” icon (NEW THEME) in the Hosted Page module.
You can also customize a payment page from the theme preview screen, by clicking on “Customize”.
The module offers many customization possibilities:
- Theme name choice;
- Display of the merchant name or logo: If you upload your logo, it will replace the name filled in;
- Form design: on the left, centered, on the right;
- Background choice: image to upload;
- Primary color: pay button;
- Secondary color: focused field;
- Font: 5 fonts available.
Activating your payment pages
To activate a theme, you need to associate accounts to it.
From the theme preview screen, in the right-side menu, click on the “Accounts” tab to access the list of accounts linked to the business entity. To associate a theme to an account, check the box in front of that account. You must save this action so that it can be taken into account.
The new payment page is updated within 5 minutes on the merchant’s website.
