In accordance with regulatory requirements, HiPay will perform its annual operations to validate the smooth running of the service on a single data center.
This validation allows us to guarantee that in case of a major incident affecting a data center, service availability will be maintained.
– Wednesday, November 3, 2021: switch of 100% of transactions to a single data center.
– Thursday, November 4, 2021: return to the nominal situation with distribution of transactions on the two data centers.
Please note that HiPay uses the same IP address ranges and URLs for both data centers.
No action is needed on your part.

These operations will begin at 5:30 a.m. and should be over at 8:30 a.m. CET.
They SHOULD NOT AFFECT the HiPay environment or transaction processing.
