To sign in to HiPay Console, you must activate your user account first.
To do so, upon your user account creation, the HiPay teams send you an activation email.
Please note: The activation email is valid for seven days.
After this period, you will need to contact our Support team to receive a new one.
Click on the link included in the email to create your password.
The password must comply with the following rules:
- 8 characters minimum
- Complexity: 1 digit, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter
- Using the last four passwords is forbidden.
The password expires after 90 days.
After five failed login attempts, the user is blocked for 30 minutes. After this period, the account is automatically unlocked without any action from the user.
For Strong Customer Authentication required by the PSD2, HiPay relies on the Okta solution. The strong authentication method is defined during enrollment, when the user must choose one of the following methods:
- Code sent by SMS,
- Google Authenticator app,
- Okta Verify app,
- Code sent by Voice call,
- FIDO2.
Once your HiPay Console user account has been activated, you will receive a confirmation email.
