When your HiPay Console user account is locked, you receive a notification email containing a link to unlock it.
Moreover, if you try to sign in to HiPay Console with a locked user account, the error message “Unable to sign in” (displayed when the password is incorrect or expired: see this article) does not appear, but you are directly prompted to unlock your account.
Unlocking process from HiPay Console:
- If you try to sign in to HiPay Console with a locked account, you are redirected to the “Unlock account” screen, which prompts you to fill in the email address of your user account.
- Fill in your email address.
- You will receive an email that prompts you to click on the “Unlock my account” link.
- Click on it: your account has been unlocked.
You can then sign in again using your usual email address and password.
Unlocking process from the notification email about the locking of your account:
- Click on the “Unlock account” link.
- You are redirected to HiPay Console, where you are prompted to fill in the email address of your user account.
- Fill it in.
- You will receive an email containing the “Unlock my account” link.
- Click on it: your account has been unlocked.
