To start the process, you must fill in our onboarding form so that we can collect all the legal and business information necessary to create a HiPay merchant account. Your onboarding status is set to “Form to fill in”.
Once submitted by clicking on “Submit my form”, the form is reviewed by our teams to ensure completeness of the required fields and documents. Your onboarding status is set to “SalesOps - To check”.
We then create an account for you on our stage environment so that you can experience HiPay Console, your future merchant interface, and start the technical integration. To this end, you receive an email with the procedure to follow.
Simultaneously, within the framework of the review of KYC information (provided through our onboarding form), we analyze all the submitted data and assess the relevance of the attached documents. Your onboarding status is set to “Onboarding - KYC to analyse”.
Following this review, we inform you of our decision (about your onboarding being validated or rejected). Your onboarding status is set to “KYC review done”.
Upon validation of your onboarding, our teams create a production account for you. To activate it, you receive an email, which prompts you to sign in to HiPay Console.
When your contract is finalized, you receive it by email to sign it electronically.
