Users allow members of your organization to access HiPay Console, where they can view and manage different parts of your HiPay account. You can control a user's permissions by assigning roles and specifying which merchant accounts they can access.
When you create an account, you get an administrator login to log in to HiPay Console. The administrator user has the most common roles and access to all linked merchant accounts. As an administrator user, you can then create new users for other people in your organization.
We recommend that users enable two-factor authentication for their account.
On this page you will find out how to :
- Check the roles of your own user.
