Multibanco, MBWAY and Payshop - Scheduled maintenance on 09.22.21

Dear partner,

One of our technical providers has scheduled a maintenance operation which will affect Multibanco, Payshop and MB WAY payment methods on September 22, 2021, from 1:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. CET.

During this period, you will not be able to create references on any of these payment methods.

References paid during this period will be communicated once the maintenance is complete.

Please note that the HiPay teams will be mobilized to ensure careful monitoring in case further action after the maintenance period is required.
